Adult Intermediate Group Coaching

Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payment All adult group coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via ClubSpark. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A place is only secured once full payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be transferred to another session (subject to availability). Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance. Course Bookings Where sessions are booked as a course, players are committing to the full block. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried forward unless agreed in exceptional circumstances. Weather Policy Sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather or unsafe court conditions, sessions may be cancelled by Cartmell Tennis. Where possible, an alternative session or credit will be offered. Behaviour & Conduct All players are expected to behave in a respectful and supportive manner towards coaches and fellow participants. Cartmell Tennis operates a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour. Any player acting inappropriately may be asked to leave the session without refund. Health & Safety Participation is at the player’s own risk. Players should ensure they are fit and able to take part. Any injuries or relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to the coach prior to the session. Equipment & Clothing Suitable sportswear and tennis-appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Rackets can be provided if required, but players are encouraged to bring their own.
