Cancellation Policy
Cartmell Tennis – Birthday Party Terms & Conditions 1. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined below. Cartmell Tennis is cashless (bank transfer only). Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice. 2. Venue & Safety If you provide the venue, you are responsible for ensuring it is safe, suitable, accessible 15 minutes prior, and equipped with toilets, water, lighting and clear exits. Any delays will reduce session time without refund. Cartmell Tennis may refuse or stop sessions if the venue is unsafe, unavailable or unsuitable. No liability is accepted for venue-related issues or damage caused by attendees. 3. Supervision A responsible adult must remain onsite at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for children outside of active coaching (e.g. breaks, toilets, food). Cartmell Tennis is only responsible during coached activities. Sessions may be stopped if supervision is inadequate. 4. Behaviour Children must follow instructions at all times. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal or termination of the session without refund. Cartmell Tennis is not responsible for behaviour outside the coaching activity. 5. Weather (Outdoor) Sessions may be postponed if weather is unsafe. No refunds will be given; an alternative date will be offered. Indoor venues must be arranged by the client if required. 6. Cancellations If you cancel: • 14+ days: 50% refund • 7–14 days: 25% refund • <7 days: no refund No refunds for non-attendance, late arrival, unsafe venues, behaviour issues or weather. If Cartmell Tennis cancels: full refund or rearranged date. 7. Liability & Medical All participation is at own risk. You must provide accurate medical information. Cartmell Tennis is not liable for injuries from sport, venue issues, behaviour, or lost items. You agree to indemnify Cartmell Tennis against claims arising from inaccurate information, poor supervision, unsafe venues, or breaches of these terms. 8. Media Photos/videos will only be used with consent. No names will be published. 9. Acceptance By booking, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. Participation is at your own risk.
