Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in Padel lessons with Cartmell Tennis! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the policy below. 📍 Venues Padel lesson locations are currently to be confirmed. Once courts are finalised, full venue details and parking information will be shared with all players. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so sessions can begin on time. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will be non-refundable, unless due to illness or exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of Michael Cartmell). If a session is cancelled by the coach due to weather, court issues, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 💳 Payments Payment is due at the time of booking via the website or by prior arrangement with the coach. 🎒 What to Bring Trainers with non-marking soles A water bottle All equipment (padel bats and balls) is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own 👥 Age & Ability Padel lessons are open to adults and children aged 10+. All ability levels are welcome — please let us know your playing experience when booking so we can tailor the session. ❤️ Health & Fitness Disclaimer By booking a padel session with Cartmell Tennis, you warrant and represent that you are in good health, physically able to participate, and fit enough to take part in padel activities. If you have any medical conditions, previous injuries, or health concerns that may affect your participation, you agree to notify the coach before the session. 📸 Photography / Media We may occasionally take photos or short video clips for social media or promotional purposes.
