Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a Pickleball lesson with Cartmell Tennis! To help us deliver the best experience, please read and follow the policy below: 📍 Venues Garstang Tennis Club – sessions use pop-up pickleball nets on tennis courts outside. Lancaster Tennis Club – sessions held on a dedicated pickleball court which is outside. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time. Cancellations & Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be non-refundable, unless due to illness or exceptional circumstances. This is at the discretion of Michael Cartmell. Sessions cancelled by the coach due to weather or other factors will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Payments -Payment is due at the time of booking via the website or by prior arrangement. What to Bring Trainers with non-marking soles Water bottle All equipment (paddles and balls) is provided, but feel free to bring your own Age & Ability - Sessions are open to adults and children aged 10+. Players of all levels are welcome – just let us know your experience when booking Photography/Media - Occasionally we may take photos or short videos for promotional purposes.
