Cancellation Policy
Cartmell Tennis – Private Lesson Booking Policy When booking a private lesson with Cartmell Tennis, the following policy applies: 1. Booking & Payment ✅ Book directly with Michael Cartmell via phone, text, WhatsApp or email. ✅ Lessons cost £30 (60 mins) or £25 (45 mins) and must be paid in advance or on the day. ✅ Payment confirms your agreement to our full Terms & Conditions. 2. Cancellations ❌ Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund. ❌ No refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, except in exceptional circumstances. ❌ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged a £10 fee. 3. Attendance 👕 Please arrive 5 minutes early and wear suitable sports clothing and tennis shoes. ✅ Be respectful and follow court rules – we aim for a fun and safe learning environment. 🚭 No swearing, smoking, or gum on court. 4. Weather 🌦 Lessons go ahead in most weather. We’ll cancel only if conditions are unsafe – you’ll be notified and the lesson re-scheduled.
