Cancellation Policy

Children’s group lessons delivered by Cartmell Tennis Coaching Ltd are designed to provide a safe, structured and enjoyable learning environment where players can develop their tennis skills, confidence and love of sport. All children attending group lessons must have their booking details completed through the relevant booking platform (including medical information and emergency contact details) prior to attending their first session. This information allows Cartmell Tennis to safely deliver sessions and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. Players must attend sessions in appropriate sports clothing and tennis-appropriate footwear. Players should also bring a drink and suitable clothing for the weather as sessions may take place outdoors. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children before the scheduled start time and after the scheduled finish time of the session. Cartmell Tennis cannot accept responsibility for supervision outside of these times. Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other players at all times. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, swearing or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Cartmell Tennis reserves the right to remove any player from a session if their behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be provided in these circumstances. Group lessons are structured according to age and ability to ensure a safe and effective coaching environment. Cartmell Tennis reserves the right to move players between groups where it is considered beneficial for their development or necessary for safety. Bookings must be made in advance through ClassForKids unless otherwise agreed with Cartmell Tennis. Sessions are non-transferable and spaces cannot be shared between players. Cancellations by players must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Sessions will normally run in light rain. However, Cartmell Tennis reserves the right to cancel sessions in the event of extreme weather, unsafe court conditions or other circumstances affecting safety. Where a session is cancelled by Cartmell Tennis, a refund or credit will be offered. By booking or attending a session, parents and players confirm they have read and agree to the Cartmell Tennis Terms and Conditions.
